I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the staff were the best aspect. Carlos and his mother were incredibly friendly and made me feel like part of their family. They were very knowledgeable about the area and offered great recommendations for things to do. The hotel facilities were clean and cozy, with a beautiful rooftop to enjoy the stars at night. The location was peaceful and relaxing, yet only a short walk from the main square. Breakfast was delicious and the unlimited tea was a nice touch.
Nothing all good.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The nearby hiking trails were a great way to explore the area, and the views of the mountains were breathtaking. We also appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the hotel, which made for a romantic escape.
Our room was very basic with no real amenities and lacked the comfortable and cozy feeling we had hoped for. the noise level from surrounding areas and other guests made it hard to relax and enjoy our stay.

Great location and easy walk to the center and ruins. the host had great tips on what to do and see. Breakfast on the terrace was an added bonus with stunning views of the surrounding area.
The place seemed unfinished with bare floors and a chill in the room. Wi-Fi wouldn't work during the rain, which is a common issue in the area.

We stayed in a peaceful accommodation surrounded by stunning views of the mountains and a nearby river. the location was a comfortable 5-7 minute walk from the centre and offered a great opportunity to spot animals on the way. the welcoming hosts went above and beyond to guarantee a comfortable stay. We valued the delicious breakfast and the cozy lounging area with strong Wi-Fi connection.
A couple of minor inconveniences were encountered, such as the spotty hot water in the shower and the lack of curtains in the room.

We loved our stay at Casa Samay-Mountain View. The family-run hostel made us feel right at home. Carlos and his mother were incredibly welcoming and treated us like family. They even shared a delicious vegetarian soup with us one day, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The hostel's rooftop provided breathtaking views, perfect for morning yoga sessions. The location was ideal, with a picturesque walk into town and a nearby river for scenic strolls. The WiFi worked surprisingly well, especially in the common area. we highly recommend this cozy and peaceful place.
